Siemens has released the latest LOGO! Soft Comfort to version 7, added 12 new functions to simplify the user’s projects. The new functions are Astronomical Time Switch, Min/Max Function, Mean Value Generation, Analog Filter, Stopwatch, Shift Register, PI Controller, Ramp Function, Analog Multiplexer, Message Text Expanded, Arithmetic Function, and Pulse Width Modulation. Of course you can program these functions to the LOGO! hardware.
Siemens LOGO! Soft Comfort itself is a software for programming a LOGO! Hardware, a micro Programmable Logic Controller made by Siemens. With the LOGO! Soft Comfort you can crate create ladder and function block diagrams with an easy way. Just selecting, dragging and dropping functions and making the logical connections. The feature of this software is the offline simulator for both the ‘function block’ and ‘ladder’ representation. With it you can test and debug offline via your computer without connecting LOGO! hardware, providing significant savings on installation time and cost. Also you can create a professional documentation that auto generate during program editing and configuration.
